Left over pumpkin seeds, 300 g
- Extra virgin olive oil, 10 ml
- Paprika powder, 1.5 g
- Ground black pepper, 1.5 g
- Salt, to taste

The recipe… step by step!

Soak and rinse the seeds in cold water. Strain.

Season the seeds with the olive oil, salt and spices. Distribute evenly on the U-pan trays. On your Magistar Combi-TS, start the automatic program Pumpkin Seed Snack. Let cool down after baking.
