Left over potato peels, 300 g
 
- Extra virgin olive oil, 10 ml
 
- Paprika powder, 1.5 g
 
- Masala Curry powder, 1.5 g
 
- Salt, to taste

Soak the peels in cold water, then spin dry.

Season the potato peels with the olive oil, salt and spices. Distribute evenly on the U-pan trays. On your Magistar Combi-TS, start the automatic program Potato Peel Chips. Let cool down after baking.
