July 2014 was the inauguration of CINECITTA’ WORLD, a theme park dedicated to the world of cinema. This fantastic park was built in Castel Romano, within the Dino Studios, the complex famous for hosting major international productions.
CINECITTA’ WORLD chose Zanussi Professional, the brand symbol of Italian culinary tradition to equip the kitchens of its four theme restaurants.
The customer was followed from start to finish by AGI S.n.c. of Caroletti, the official Zanussi Professional agency for the Rome province, which won the competition thanks to the reliability and quality of the brand and the project uniqueness. The agency, with the experience gained over many years in this sector, reasoned out of the box and put forward a solution which provided a central kitchen (inside the structure Rome Apicius) and three satellite kitchens, dedicated especially to regeneration and finishing dishes (Club Charleston, South fire and Old American Bistro).
AGI decided for this approach because it was considered more appropriate to allow the park restaurants to work in continuous rhythm and ensure quick service and quality. This bold and successful project fully met the customer requirements, in addition to efficiency and quality, also sought solutions that would allow him to bring down costs and at the same time be environmentally friendly.
In the restaurants of Cinecittà World, virtually the entire range of Zanussi Professional is represented: the cafeteria with the modular cooking EVO900 – EVO700, combi ovens EasySteamPlus in combination with chillers EasyChill and the cleaning solutions (from the simplest undercounter dishwashers up to the more complex as the rack conveyor dishwashers).
In the restaurant at the South Fire there is even a flaming red Molteni rotisserie: a bizarre combination of the classic design and the steel of the rest of the kitchen, but which fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the past that characterizes this place.
